Highly satisfied with the product, but extremely disappointed with dpd delivery in ireland.
The parcel spent over a week in dublin. Misaddressed, returned to the depot, then delayed for days. I contacted support several times but only got empty promises. After all they delivered the parcel without any advance notification.

It arrived quickly, and the product is as described, for the price it's okay.
It's great - easy to set up (took me half an hour), the cats love it, doesn't look extremely sturdy, cause it's shaking a little bit when the cats are jumping on it, but if you actually support it by screwing it on the wall there would be no problem. So far it hasn't fallen down and the cats love it!
Also, one little detail that might change a lot - the scratch poles are not completely covered. A few centimeters from the top and bottom are covered in nice, fluffy material, but my cats always scratch the highest part and they need to learn to start scratching without stretching at the same time.
However, for this price - 10/10. Doesn't look extremely cheap, there's the same cat tower in an animal store for a much higher price.
Shipping to poland was extremely quick, they prepared the box the same day. I ordered on wednesday, the package was delivered to me in friday!
